- Perform administrative tasks, including setting up projects in the financial and accounting system
- Create purchase orders for suppliers and cost estimates for clients
- Process employee expense reports in accordance with applicable regulations and internal travel policies
- Oversee and reconcile inter-company project invoicing
- Ensure proper document flow
- Support the Finance Lead in daily tasks
